We are looking for a Senior System & Cloud Engineer to join the team that is designing, building, implementing, and maintaining services & solutions on a global level.

  About the role  
You will be responsible for the Microsoft AZURE infrastructure / helping On-prem Systems environments.
You will team up with a global center of excellence team made of Infra Engineers, systems, AZURE, and various IT roles. It is your job to take technical responsibility, inform and train your peers, and ensure that Cloud / On-prem Systems Infrastructure complies with corporate policies and procedures. The role reports to the Global Infrastructure Team. 

  Main responsibilities  

• Manage and monitor Azure cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
• Provision, configure, and maintain Azure resources, including virtual machines, and storage.
• Monitor system performance and analyze system logs to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery strategies for Azure resources.
• Stay updated with Azure services and technologies and recommend improvements or optimizations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot Azure-related problems.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.
• Manage Azure automation, backup, monitoring, etc.

  Profile Requirements  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4-5 years of hands-on experience as an Azure Cloud Administrator.
• Strong understanding of Azure services and components, including VMs, Azure Active Directory,  etc.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automating tasks.
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, or Application Insights.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward handling technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, the ability to coordinate small teams globally for projects when required.
• Relevant Azure certifications.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• You have great communication skills, are a good listener, and can speak confidently.
• Good knowledge of troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• English - Advanced or Fluent.

• AZURE platform
• Sharepoint (infra)
• Office 365 (Infra)
• Intune
• Microsoft Operating Systems (Server and Client, all supported versions)
• Microsoft Active Directory (on-prem / AAD)
• Microsoft Defender
• Microsoft Exchange / Exchange Online (all supported versions and builds)
• Microsoft SQL Server (all versions and builds) / Oracle
• PowerShell or scripting admin tasks is a strong asset
• Knowledge of Linux administration
• Backup Solution (Veeam)
• DRP (Cloud oriented)
• Microsoft Certifications will be considered as an asset.
• You know ITIL principals
• You are used to working in a project management framework
