Job Description:
A growing international supply chain consultancy is expanding into Poland and seeking a Senior Consultant to deliver high-impact logistics and supply chain transformation projects. This is a foundational hire offering the opportunity to shape the company’s presence in Poland while working with major clients across Europe. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of supply chain and logistics consulting projects
• Analyse client operations and design tailored, data-driven solutions
• Optimise warehousing, transport, inventory, and procurement processes
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
• Contribute to RFP processes and 3PL outsourcing strategy
• Collaborate with international teams and support local business growth
• Mentor junior staff as the local team expands
• Stay updated on trends in automation, systems, and logistics tech

Job Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or 3PL operations
• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Management
• Minimum 5 years in a consulting or solution design role
• Proven track record in project delivery and client-facing environments
• Strong knowledge of WMS, TMS, and facility/network design
• Analytical mindset with financial modelling and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English
• Willingness to work independently and help build a local presence
