HR GO Recruitment is recruiting for a British company that specializes in insurance. They deal with development and are a leading service provider for general insurance. They have a fully integrated cloud-based platform. We are looking for an experienced System Analyst.
Our client is working on evolution following market standards to deliver the best quality for their clients, to allow employees to work more efficiently and have true satisfaction from the delivery. Over the past 12 months, our client moved to a more product-centric product development life cycle with the introduction of Agile teams.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver system analysis of the requirements provided by the Product Owner, Business Analysts, and Tech Leads.
- Documentation of the system via JIRA and Confluence tools.
- Support the Development team during one-time development.
- Support the Development team during runtime investigation and development.
- Prepare training materials for the Support team.
- System analysts will be assigned to an agreed agile team to increase its delivery capacity.
Requirements:
- Experience in working as a Systems Analyst.
- Knowledge of English (level B2/C1).
- Completed higher studies.
- Ability to identify and analyze business requirements and create system specifications.
- Ability to design IT systems, in particular, web applications.
- Knowledge of integration issues.
- A systemic approach to building solutions based on business requirements.
- Openness to changes, searching and creating new solutions.
