Technical Customer Support Representative (Renewable Energy) –

About the Role:
A global leader in renewable energy technology is looking for a Technical Customer Support Representative to join their Kraków team. If you have a passion for clean energy, strong communication skills, and a solid technical foundation, this is your chance to make a real impact. You’ll support professional photovoltaic (PV) installers and partners across Europe with advanced solar, storage, and e-mobility solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver top-tier technical support via phone and digital channels for solar energy systems
• Troubleshoot issues across a wide range of renewable energy products (e.g. inverters, battery storage, EV chargers, software portals)
• Solve over 90% of queries independently using technical knowledge and troubleshooting guides
• Support commissioning of systems and initiate device replacements when needed
• Maintain detailed customer records and case resolutions
• Continuously learn through hands-on training and expert-led sessions

What You’ll Bring:

• Technical Background (any of the following or similar): Electrician / Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, HVAC or Sanitary/Heating Technology Technician, Radio-TV/Information Electronics Technician
• Basics of electrical engineering: Ohm’s law, current/voltage/resistance relationships
• Knowledge of PV systems, inverters, solar monitoring/control systems
• Familiarity with network interfaces (LAN/Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/RS485) and web browsers
• Ability to identify root causes of issues and follow structured troubleshooting steps
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably Salesforce
• Clear, empathetic communication (both written and spoken)
• Customer focus with a solution-oriented mindset
• Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
• Team player with an independent, proactive attitude
• German – Native or bilingual
• English – Upper intermediate to advanced (B2–C1)
