Currently, HR GO Recruitment is looking for an UX/UI Designer (Graphic Designer). 

Salary Range
Contract of Employment: 7,000 - 11,000 PLN gross
B2B: also possible, negotiable with the client

Job description

• Designing and maintaining the visual identity of the brand and products,
• Responsibility for a consistent brand image, inside and outside the organization,
• Creating marketing and sales materials in all communication channels,
• Design and visualization of the company stand,
• Project creation and responsibility for visual content on the website and mobile application,
• User interface design for brand products,
• Responsibility for creating visual marketing (graphics, photos, videos) for the needs of maintaining and running social media campaigns,
• Cooperation with marketing, sales and product development teams in order to develop consistent marketing and product communication,
• Cooperation with possible subcontractors and outsourcing of certain tasks.

Requirements

• Creativity, ingenuity and independence in proposing graphic solutions,
• Aesthetic sense and knowledge of the principles of typography,
• Accuracy and attention to detail of the projects carried out,
• Experience in designing graphics for marketing materials and web solutions, confirmed by an interesting portfolio,
• Proficient knowledge of Adobe package (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator),
• Familiarity with Figma and/or Zeplin and Jira and/or Confluence,
• Openness and positive attitude to the challenges ahead in a thriving startup,
• Knowledge of contemporary trends in graphic design, marketing and UX research,
• Good English skills,
• Nice to have - Experience of working in Scrum,
• Nice to have - Ability to configure Adwords and LinkedIn campaigns.
