• Responsible for managing portfolio customers and minimizing overdue receivables
• Contacting customers and ensure on-time payment
• Determine reasons for non-payment and negotiate resolutions with company guidelines
• Re-inforce Collection Brand and educate customers in keeping their account current
• Close co-operation with Sales and Customer Service network regarding changes in customer behaviors
• Actively performing and following up the compliance of defined internal controls
• Identify and drive for process improvements, including participation Financial Services processes and tools development projects

• You have Bachelor's degree or equal qualification in accounting operation or customer service , collections, sales
• You speak fluent Italian and communicative English
• You are solution-oriented with a problem solving mindset and the capability to understand and lead complexities
• You bring a business mindset and good understanding of businesses and business environment
• You have strong collaboration, influencing and team working skills with flexible, positive and proactive attitude towards changing environment
• You are an adaptive communicator and have good presentation skills
• You have the ability and willingness to achieve own and team’s targets with provided timelines
• You are independent in your daily work
