For our prestigious client leader in the paper industry, we are looking for  ​​​​​​Customer Service & Distribution Logistics Manager.

• Lead the Customer Service and European distribution logistics team and develop the team’s performance
• Ensure team engagement and unity
• Guarantee the highest level of pulp customer service and satisfaction
• Actively contribute to customer development plans and strategies in close collaboration with sales management and other internal stakeholders
• Develop and optimize customer service processes and tools
• Define, develop, and monitor KPIs and ensure KPI achievement
• Regular follow-up, analysis, and reporting of sales-, inventory-, and delivery planning
• Follow up on logistic suppliers' performance and support purchasing processes of logistics services
• Develop Customer Relationship Management (CRM) philosophy and tools
• Develop and implement a Continuous Improvement scheme for team
• Budget responsibility for team

• You have minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or supply chain management duties
• Line manager experience in leading and developing people
• You have a strong customer-centric mindset
• You have experience with projects and/or tools & process development
• You have a university or college degree in sales, marketing, supply chain, or other relevant area.
• You have good information technology skills and knowledge of SAP S4 or other SAP tools considered to be an asset
• You are a native English speaker. Polish and any other language skill an additional asset
• You are solutions focused, and you create a positive “can do” attitude within your team
• You have a developmental attitude and strong change management skills
• You have excellent networking and communication attitude and skills
