For our prestigious client, global specialist in electric power conversion from Germany we are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will maintain and develop relationships with an international customer.
Responsibilities:
- Regular interface with customer regarding major requests and/or issues,
- Compose and execute strategic multi-year account plans,
- Facilitate engineering support for application of products, capabilities and competencies,
- Manage large proposal efforts including strategic programs,
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, terms and conditions,
- Responsible for monthly and yearly sales forecasting tasks,
- Travel to customer site as needed,
- Identify opportunities and/or participate in continuous improvement activities,
- Identify and mitigate business risk,
- Provides input and engages in analysis of market intelligence for product roadmap development or strategic planning.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in field of customer success,
- Bachelors of Science in technical or business discipline or equivalent,
- Excellent independent judgment, decision making and problem solving skills,
- Very good knowledge of English (B2/C1),
- General knowledge of engineering principals; mechanical/electrical/controls,
- Solid knowledge of commercial principles; cost, pricing, volume discounts, payment,
- Ability to establish credibility with internal and external customers,
- Excellent independent judgment, decision making and problem solving skills.
