For our prestigious client having their SSC located in Wrocław, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with the German language.
Location: Legnicka, Wrocław
What you will do:
- Accurately processes customer transactions such as orders with a strong focus on service excellence,
- Inform business clients on the launch of new products and prices, product cancellations and replacements,
- Set up new customers in the system and manage parameters for electronic ordering,
- Follow up logistics and price claims if necessary,
- Customer enquiry, claim, and supplier questionnaire handling,
- Monitoring customer stocks, support forecast process, sample, and trial handling,
- Assisting Sales in enquiry handling and support Sales with the market, product, and customer information, checking allocations, and supporting sales with the allocation process,
- Ensuring high quality of data input to CRM system to achieve and maintain customer data,
- Provide monthly data figures for customers
Who you are:
- German spoken and written at C1 level
- English and Polish language at least B2 level
- You pay attention to details and can prioritise tasks
- You can establish good relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners
- You are flexible and open to new ideas
- You are able to work with own initiative and also as a part of a team
- You are proficient in MS Office
- Nice to have previous experience in SAP, Salesforce, or other ERP
