HR GO Recruitment is recruiting for a British company that specializes in insurance. They deal with development, and they are a leading service provider for general insurance. They have a fully integrated cloud-based platform. We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer who will be responsible for team management with teams located in Poland and Denmark. The person will report directly to and have a close working relationship with, the Head of Development in Denmark.  

Technology stack: .NET 6, Microsoft SQL Server, GraphQL, Elastic Search, Redis, Azure, TypeScript, React.
Hybrid cooperation model (1-2 days in the office) office location Business Garden Legnica Street.


Responsibilities:

• A minimum of 40-50% of the time is spent on Development tasks like writing code, reviewing pull requests, outlining solutions, breaking down assignments, estimating tasks, etc.
• Coordinating weekly with the Head of Development in Denmark.
• Coordinating with the Head of QA in Denmark on an ad-hoc basis.
• Responsible for holding term reviews with all team members.
• Recruitment, including pre-and onboarding of new employees.
• Responsible for team members’ performance.
• Removing obstacles.
• Give constructive feedback and coaching.
• Administrative tasks.
• Help to implement even better agile practices (Scrum).
• Be in close alignment with software architects in Copenhagen about code guidelines and other architectural decisions.

• Experience as a Senior .NET Developer or Software Architect (5+ years).
• Experience as a Technical Lead or a drive to become one.
• Solid skills in both written and verbal English (B2/C1).
• Strong in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Experience with cloud services (Azure).
• Familiar with DevOps and CI/CD.
