Our Ukrainian client, a Kyiv-based tour operator, boasts 12 years of leadership in the tourism industry, serving 5.5 million travelers. Operating internationally, their growing brand innovates by uncovering new destinations and enhancing existing ones, while collaborating with 10,000 tourist agencies through an efficient distribution system built on exclusive contracts and robust partner support.

They are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Area Manager to join the team in Poland. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tourism industry and be able to effectively build and maintain relationships with travel agencies. The Manager will also be able to promote our products and services to agencies and their clients.

Reports to: Regional Manager

Responsibilities:

• Qualitative and quantitative increase in the agent base of the tour operator in the territory
• Prompt and high-quality solutions to current issues of agencies assigned to the manager
• Participation in the promotion of the Company's tourism products on the market
• Informational support of agencies in the region (current promotions; special offers, loyalty programs, consultations on working with the site and the online booking system, etc.)
• Assistance in the organization and participation in other projects of the department in the region (seminars, exhibitions, road shows, distribution of promotional products, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Experience in the field of tourism is a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in Polish and English
• A driver's license is a must
