Our client soultions supports business brokers of major insurance companies like AXA, Zurich, and Aviva. For the last 20 years, working with brokers, insurers, and MGAs, has helped create and shape the insurance market of today.

We are looking for a Ruby on Rails Software Engineer. You will work with an internal client from the United States.

What you bring to the role:

• At least 3 years of software development experience
• Expertise with Ruby on Rails
• Comfort with Angular and AWS is nice to have
• Modern DevOps experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills
• Love of building technology and teams
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and entrepreneurial
• Knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 and secure coding principles
• Experience working with CI/CD tools
• Understanding of how to build for scale, but able to make pragmatic choices to move quickly. You have a strong bias for action.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
