Talent Acquisition Specialist (1 Year Contract)

We are looking for a temporary (1 Year) Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client in building extraordinary teams by attracting outstanding talent for the Polish Market. You will play a key role in customer success by ensuring that the right talent is in the right job at the right time. You will take part in driving focused innovation to increase competitiveness in a dynamic talent market.

This role might become permament after 1 year contract as company employs over 7000 employees across the world.

In this role, you will have full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process and act as a strategic advisor to the business to deliver successful hiring results. You will get the opportunity to build solid relationships with key collaborators and guide hiring in alignment with business strategy and market trends. As the main point of contact for job seekers, you will drive excellent candidate experience and help position as a destination employer of choice that fosters an inclusive culture for our current and future employees.

Your responsibilities

  • Full cycle recruiting - leading the end-to-end recruitment and selection process (including candidate assessment through application screening and interviewing, job offer and salary negotiations, etc.)
  • Partnering with hiring managers, business leaders and HR business partners to identify staffing needs, translate them into effective recruitment strategies and advise on labour market trends.
  • Implementing a variety of strategies to attract, source and engage talent through online channels (e.g., social media networks), referral programs and career fairs among others.
  • Collaborate on global TA projects to continuously improve our internal workflows, customer experience and recruitment marketing efforts.

Your team

You will join a driven and hard-working team with a diverse set of backgrounds, including a TA Manager, 3 fellow TA Specialists, a TA Coordinator, and a TA Intern based in EMEA. Alongside the broader HR team, we work very closely with our counterparts in the US and together we drive the development of Talent Acquisition as a center of expertise.

While there is a lot of autonomy in this function, we are always there to support one another on our path to growth and challenge ourselves and others to their best potential. We find excitement and purpose in our work by being curious and willing to experiment with new ways of thinking and doing.

As some of us work remotely, we stay in touch through regular virtual team meetings and partake in face-to-face team building activities throughout the year.


  • A Bachelor/Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Previous experience in recruitment/TA.
  • Native Polish, Proficiency in English would be required.
  • Experience recruiting Software, Mechanical and Electronics engineers is nice to have

  • Proactive, creative, and out-of-the-box problem solver.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team within a complex organization, dealing with various collaborators.
