Senior Technical SQL Analyst
HR GO Recruitment is recruiting for a multinational company that is a global provider of ERP systems. The company provides ERP systems for finance, healthcare, biotech, and pharmaceutical companies. We are looking for a Technical SQL Analyst for a new Share Service Center in Wroclaw. We are looking for a specialist, who has a customer-centric mindset, is highly motivated, and is interested in learning all about ERP products. The location of office is in the Business Garden area. The client offers a hybrid model job.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing complete visibility to enhance the multi-channel experience for customers
- Optimizing various channels and back-office operations to maximize operational processes
- Improving service and profitability that underpin business growth
- Providing outstanding B2B customer service experience and developing strong relationships
Work Experience:
- Previous customer-facing consulting experience
- Software implementation experience (data migration, leading technical integration workshops, facilitating implementations, delivery of technical training)
- Proven client-facing experience with effective and confident verbal and written communications.
- Experience in translating business requirements into product configurations, enhancements, and solutions.
- Good understanding of multi-channel Retail ERP solutions (e-commerce, CRM, EPoS, Order Management, Warehouse Management, and Fulfilment).
- MS SQL Server knowledge required
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence Data Modelling
- Experience with Creating Calculations and Queries using MDX
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence Mark-up Language is desirable
- SQL Installation and configuration to industry standards and best practices
- SQL Server Agent job setup and configuration
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Assist the Support Team in troubleshooting/resolving issues when required
- Good communicator and customer-facing experience
- Nice to have: XML, SOAP / JSON / HTML
