About the role
You will be part of a global engineering organization with team members in Europe, North America, and Asia. You will be working within a Cross-Functional group. The Test Engineer will be crafting test plans, designing test equipment, and creating software to test latest products, ensuring they are fully functional and exceed our customers’ requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop automated verification systems for each assigned product to ensure complete and robust test coverage.
- Review, mentor, and guide engineers during the creation of the product requirements ensuring that they meet the key validation criteria of complete, objective, and testable.
- Build and create test plans/cases according to the project schedule with execution toward quality and delivery.
- Find opportunities for process improvement and drive execution of the ideas.
- Coordinate actions with other functions/departments to get the results needed by supporting the project.
- Be an integrated team member in the hardware/software development processes from initial business requirements to deployment, production, and service support.
Experience
- BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with 5 -10 years of experience
- Experience with Agile Hardware/Software development
- Understanding of DC, LF, and RF measurement processes
- Ability to work with ambiguity and use good judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to learn new programming concepts, languages, and best practices.
- Problem-solving through Engineering analysis
- Continuous improvement attitude to improve processes and products
- Willingness to take ownership and be accountable
